乳癌者新希望　標靶、化療二合一新藥上市

根據最新2011年癌症登記報告，我國乳癌發生人數首度破萬，更高居女性十大癌症首位，其中有1/4患者屬易復發、轉移的HER2陽性乳癌，而衛生福利部日前已核准結合標靶藥及化療藥的二合一新藥「賀癌寧」上市，具雙重治療效果，也給了病人新的希望。
 
醫師表示，HER2陽性乳癌指的是乳癌細胞中有過多HER2基因，導致細胞表面有過多的HER2受體，這會使乳癌細胞更為活躍；這類乳癌在第一線的標準治療有不錯療效，但仍有50%患者，病情會在1年內惡化，卻又缺乏有效的二線治療方式，而賀癌寧可減少病人化療的負擔，且毒殺癌細胞的能力不減，使治療有更多選擇，病患也有望延長生命。
 
賀癌寧於去年11月在台灣上市，目前未獲健保給付，一次療程約20萬元。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
