【動新聞】男辦淫趴弄髒台鐵　判登報道歉

男子蔡育林前年在台鐵客廳車廂，舉辦1女戰18癡漢的性愛趴，新北地院昨判蔡男須在《蘋果》等四報頭版刊登道歉啟事。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，2011年10月，蔡男（38歲）在網路表示要模仿日本A片，承租火車車廂舉辦「癡漢電車」活動，隔年2月19日在台鐵客廳車廂大玩多P淫趴。台鐵認為此活動有損商譽提訟要求蔡男登報道歉，新北地院昨認為，性愛趴除違反「鐵路運送規則」，使部分民眾對客廳車廂心生反感，判蔡男須在《蘋果》等4報頭版刊登道歉啟事。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
