謝指政治介入張案 藍批惡意污衊

針對張顯耀涉嫌洩密案，前行政院長謝長廷今日批評相關單位「表現荒腔走板」、「政治力正在介入」，國民黨發言人陳以信今天指出，高檢署未受理以「外患罪」偵辦的理由，是因為依據我國憲法，大陸當局並非外患罪定義下的「外國政府」，高檢署的決定，並不代表本案沒有違法之嫌，因此謝長廷的質疑說法是混淆視聽。

陳以信強調，至於謝長廷指稱政治力介入辦案，這是很嚴厲的指控，應該要能提出具體事證，否則這種說法就是一種惡意污衊。尤其謝長廷竟然還能預測王郁琦最後會被犧牲，編劇功力一流。
