環南市場拆不拆？　先看老鼠多不多

全台北規模最大的環南市場，原訂下個月拆除，但工程進度，恐怕得先問「老鼠們」同不同意。
 
今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，環南市場的舊家禽批發市場預計九月26、27日進行拆除，原址將興建環南市場第一期大樓。不過，能否按照既定時程，得看滅鼠成效。
 
由於舊家禽市場鼠患嚴重，避免工程機械震動引起大批鼠隻亂竄到附近民宅，依照規定，觀測人員40分鐘內看到的老鼠數量必須少於5隻，才能進行拆除。
 
但「滅鼠大作戰」至今成效不彰，只有中元節那周，兩天內捕獲近兩百隻。也因此鼠輩橫行，成了拆除作業最大的困擾。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
