校長無罪卻降3級　等不到復職黯然退休

新北市營養午餐弊案中，有4名校長在一審中獲判無罪，卻苦等不到復職，有校長乾脆「歸去來兮」，降3級以教師身分黯然退休。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，地方法院審理新北市營養午餐弊案，5月一審判決4名校長無罪，新北市長朱立倫允諾「立即復職」，但不僅苦等不到復職，連參與校長遴選也遭駁。

教育局長林騰蛟第一時間解釋為校長職沒缺，因此調局內支援行政服務，同時改調教師職，除了1人提前退休，其餘3人都與他面談過，接受安排。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
