各國打避稅 瑞士銀行流失資金

彭博報導，據資誠聯合會計師事務所（Pricewaterhouse Coopers AG）說，在過去6年中，由於國際間打擊海外避稅，瑞士的銀行流失了3500億瑞士法郎（3830億美元）。

資誠昨天在其瑞士私人銀行研究報告中說，外國客戶總共提出了多達1000億瑞郎資產，以向他們居住地國家政府繳付罰款。根據這份文件，約有2500億瑞郎奉令回歸或轉移到另一個金融中心。

資誠說：「瑞士私人銀行業務中心自2008年以來面臨巨大的挑戰。如果瑞士的銀行能夠成功的以強調他們高品質服務和亮麗表現的方式讓合規資產回籠，他們將可吸引淨新資金。」

瑞士私人銀行產業和嚴守客戶資料秘密的傳統正受到美國和歐洲稅務當局史無前例的審查。美國正在調查約10多家瑞士銀行，而另外有100家財富管理機構也已在去年參加美國司法部的自願透露資料計畫。

法國、英國、德國和義大利等國都在尋求要回國民存在海外未申報的財富。
