太平山區頭汴國小創校68年，阿公、爸爸和孫子就讀頭汴國小均沒有警衛室，警衛和志工是在教室走廊看守，家長洽公不便，郵差送信要大喊，警衛人員冬天要耐受寒風，夏天更是熱，市府教育局補助近二百萬建警衛室已完工，24日舉行落成典禮，市議員李麗華和何明杰及校長江雪珍、地方家長三代同堂到場熱烈慶祝。

據家長們向市議員李麗華反映說，頭汴國小雖是山區小學，但創校有68年，當時因政府財政困難，所以沒有建警衛室，校門口沒有專人看守，後雖各小學均有警衛人員，校方也成立志工媽媽協助。 可是依舊沒有警衛室，在這種情形下，看守警衛或志工，是在第一排教室走廊放一張椅子和桌子，作為警衛室，夏天大太陽，冬天風大，非常辛苦，家長或洽公民眾要在大門口高喊，看守人員才跑去開門，如果下大雨，志工開門或訪客均淋的落湯雞，山區小學沒警衛室，居民和學生有如二等公民。

市議員李麗華接獲家長反映，除在議會提案，更請教育局人員現場了解，要求早日建警衛室，教育局補助近二百萬元建警衛室，雖不是大工程，卻是地方上大事，家長們以及阿公、爸爸、孫子特地到場同慶並舉行完工慶祝會。
