本報訊

中央氣象局觀測，中度颱風麥德姆的颱風中心，已在今天清晨4時20分，從彰化出海，全台仍籠罩暴風圈。

根據氣象局最新颱風警報，麥德姆清晨5時中心位置在台中西方50公里海面，以每小時20公里速度，朝北北西行進，7級風暴風半徑200公里，近中心最大風速每秒33公尺。

氣象局說，麥德姆過去３小時強度略減弱，目前暴風圈仍籠罩台灣各地及澎湖、金門，馬祖即將進入暴風圈，各地風雨持續中。

氣象局持續發布豪雨特報，尤其中南部地區及北部山區有局部大豪雨或超大豪雨；宜蘭、花蓮、台東山區及北部平地有豪雨或大豪雨；澎湖、金門、馬祖及宜蘭、花蓮、台東平地有大雨或豪雨。

氣象局統計，22日0時起至23日5時，花蓮縣紅葉累積雨量達487毫米最多，其次是台東縣東河462毫米、宜蘭縣太平山324毫米、新北市福山226毫米、高雄市排雲225毫米、屏東縣大漢山224毫米、嘉義縣新高口217毫米、台中市武陵213毫米。

氣象局觀測，各地陣風以蘭嶼17級最大，其次是台東成功15級，彭佳嶼13級，蘇澳、花蓮12級，新屋、基隆11級，宜蘭、台東、台北、梧棲、東吉島10級。(中央社)
