德意志：台積電明年上半年不會太淡

台積電（2330）今天舉行法說會後，德意志證券科技產業分析師周中立表示，台積電第3季營收和獲利符合預期，但市場比較擔憂16奈米明年比重較低，可能有些客戶還停留在20奈米，考量2014~2016年20奈米和16奈米市佔率要高於32、28奈米，預期2016年16奈米應該會非常強勁。

他說，在市場競爭激烈下，蘋果可能會縮短產品周期至9個月，預估蘋果新一代iPhone會在明年6、7月量產，屆時將採用台積電20奈米製程，預期台積電明年上半年不會太淡。（陳俐妏／台北報導）
