NCC鬆綁　藥商也可冠名贊助

國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）本月初開罰八大綜合台《永信藥品我是歌手2》，因由永信藥品冠名贊助，而永信有賣處方藥，違反冠名贊助規定，是冠名贊助制度實施以來首宗被裁處案例。不過NCC表示，考量規定不符合民情，今也修正規定，有處方藥的廠商將可進行冠名贊助，不過藥物仍不可冠名。另，之前立委批評，有些外購得影片像阿信，是否能適用冠名贊助，NCC表示近期會提案討論。
 
至於媒體報導日本卡通「哆啦A夢」劇情有助長校園霸凌之嫌，NCC表示，沒有接獲此投訴，也在觀察、蒐集資料再決定後續如何處理。（徐毓莉／台北報導）
