財部打囤房　810發函持有4屋民眾

財政部提高非自住屋房屋稅率至1.5%~3.6%，自住屋維持1.12%不變，7月1日起生效，財政部今天宣布8月10日前會發函給有4戶以上房屋的人，請他們自己申報哪3戶適用自住屋稅率，並於2個月內回覆。全國持有4戶有13.8萬人，共70萬間。

持有3戶者雖不查，但要誠實申報，若出租或無自住事實，要申報非自住屋稅率。

財政部對於自住屋定義有3點︰
1、房屋無出租使用。
2、供本人、配偶或直系親屬實際居住使用。
3、本人、配偶及未成年子女全國合計3戶以內。（林巧雁／台北報導）
