溜馬主場不是那麼堅不可破，老鷹就以107比88大勝，令印城球迷度過一個難堪的夜晚，也快要粉碎尼克的季後賽希望。

之前老鷹曾經吞下6連敗，讓出東區第8席次，但最近4戰他們拿3勝，要回第八名，並有兩場優勢。老鷹還有6場比賽，尼克則只剩4場。

「我們真的專注於建立良好習慣，並持續成長，」老鷹教頭Mike Budenholzer說，「要是我們做到那些耳提面命的東西，就會水到渠成。」

這一戰，老鷹從第一節就大幅領先，溜馬前兩節分別只得到11、12分，即使第三節奮起，攻下36分，仍無力反撲。

老鷹Jeff Teague攻下全場最高25分，Pero Antic貢獻18分，Paul Millsap則有17分11籃板雙十表現。
