市府環保局將自5月起執行排放管道粒狀物稽查檢測作業，並將過去定期檢測申報數值較高的業者列為優先稽查對象，業者應把握最後1個月的改善期，依據新標準改善設備，以免超標受罰。

環保局表示，經稽查檢測若超過排放標準，將依空氣污染防制法第56條規定處新臺幣10萬元以上100萬元以下罰鍰，並限期完成改善；情節重大者，得命停工或停業。本項法規可上環保署全球資訊網環保法規網頁(http://ivy5.epa.gov.tw/epalaw/index.aspx)查詢，仍有疑義可打(06)3129027  (06)3129027 免費  諮詢專線，有專人為您解答。

環保局長張皇珍表示，102年度臺南市空污排放管道定檢資料庫申報統計資料顯示，尚有20%的污染源超過即將施行的最新排放標準。業者應儘速檢視污染防制設備，規劃污染減量措施，才能符合於最新的排放標準，確保工廠順利運作。
