太陽花學運首開庭　帆廷不認有罪

去年318太陽花學運震驚海內外，但北檢認定佔領立院、攻佔政院和包圍中正一分局行動違法，上月依違反《集會遊行法》、煽惑他人犯罪起訴林飛帆、陳為廷等119人次，台北地院今天首度開庭，陳為廷說，如果當時沒這行動，服貿通過了，印刷業、通訊業可能早已被中資兼併，他當庭問檢察官：「你們還敢用LINE嗎？」林飛帆與陳為廷也當庭自首，強調都有參與佔領政院，「請法官和檢察官看著辦。」（動新聞／台北報導）
