與大姨子不和　男製爆竹定時器燒岳父工廠

住在南投的陳姓男子(30歲)在岳父的機電廠擔任國際貿易部職員，因對外訂單問題，與擔任處長的大姨子有嫌隙，竟於去年12月8日上午10時許，從超商買來爆竹煙火盒、定時器和電子引線製成「定時引燃裝置」，放在公司工廠點銲機台後方，並設定10 小時後自動引爆。又到大姨子辦公室裡，在其電腦旁安裝「通電引燃裝置」，只要電腦一開機，爆竹就跟著引爆。
 
當晚8時許，點銲機台後方的定時器時間到，自動燃放煙火，致屋頂板隔熱板因起火燃燒燻黑兩處，所幸住在樓上的岳父聽到爆竹聲，下樓看到火光，立刻以滅火器撲滅，始未釀成重災。

陳男到案後坦承，因一時氣憤才製作定時引燃裝置，台中地檢署因此依放火未遂罪將陳提起公訴。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
