標題[問題] 測速APP與實際下載速度不符?

最近用了4G,用測速APP測得下載30幾40幾 Mbps 但是實際下載檔案卻發現都是2~3MB在跳,快一點有時跳3~4MB 例如PLAY商下載APP,20幾MB的APP,在下載時顯示2~4MB的速度 20MB的APP不是一下子就馬上下載完成 這樣到底是什麼問題呢? 是測速APP數據灌水? 我有用網路測速去測速度,數據也不至於到2~3MB >"
