學運領袖陳為廷昨日前往香港聲援七一大遊行遭香港遣送回國，國民黨立委羅淑蕾表示，「早就知道會被擋，何必呢？」羅淑蕾並認為，「應該要尊重每個國家的審查權」。

羅淑蕾說，「陳為廷到香港這件事情，早就知道一定會被擋，何必過去讓人遣送回台？何必呢」？

她指出，「也是有一些人國外的人士持有效證件到台灣，但被發現不行入境，依然遣送回去的案例，各國都有這樣的案例，即便我們有時候要拿美簽，或其他國外地方的簽證，有不合規定的地方都會被遣送回國。」她說，「我想，要尊重每個國家的審查權」。
