2014/6 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/30167238 電話：(02)2788-7039 地址：台北市南港路一段137巷5弄1號 看到食尚玩家介紹這家 立馬google這家店在哪 沒想到就在我們上班的路上 隔天就衝去光顧了 把他當作早餐來解決 在巷口就可以看到 "傳說水煎包"碩大的招牌 一大早店家正在努力的起鍋 每一鍋感覺都很用心的在顧爐火 水煎包每個看底部都很金黃 用想的都覺得口感十分酥脆~ 底部這樣的酥脆感又不焦 可以感受到店家的用心 咬下去有別於其他的店家 脆脆的口感硬是比別家來的好吃 包子的頂部~吃起來則是軟Q 截然不同的口感 讓水煎包吃起來更有層次~ 韭菜的水煎包 裡面有包粉絲~豆乾 用料可以說是相當豐富 有用一點胡椒粉調味 個人滿喜歡的~ 貝爾買的有包肉的 吃起來餡料也調味的不錯 裡面包得也算頗多的 有汩汩的湯汁 咬下去後會流出來呢~ 高麗菜餡 就純粹包高麗菜 不失高麗菜的爽脆口感 咬起來還有點卡滋卡滋的 辣子雞丁是這家的特有口味 調味是有點辣又不會太辣 雞丁吃起來也不會過於乾澀 吃起來真的滿有特色的 是屬於會讓人想要再光顧的味道:D -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.65.158.32 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1404108173.A.011.html
