男攜雙槍討債　警上門險火拚

新北市1名47歲姜姓男子，昨天晚上11時許，攜帶雙槍與友人前往中和區安平路上一處大樓上門商討債務事宜，鄰居發現糾紛報警處理，警方到場時處理時，在廁所和臥房的窗戶旁發現2把手槍，其中1把手槍竟已上膛，姜男坦承持有槍械，但不想把事情搞複雜，最後決定將槍分別藏好。

警方表示，當時接獲檢舉到場處理糾紛時，並未發現有爭吵，反而像是在談生意，依規定盤查身份時，發現姜男有槍砲前科，萬姓巡佐為求小心，在取得王姓屋主同意下搜索住處，當場查獲出1把制式手槍、1把改造手槍和23發子彈，姜男當場坦承持有槍械但未取出恐嚇，警方訊後依違反《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》送辦。（李俊淇／新北報導）
