朝野今協商 本周五議場開院會

反服貿學生昨宣布周四將退出議場，立法院長王金平今召集朝野協商，各黨團同意本周五在議場舉行院會，處理兩岸協議監督條例立法以及檢察總長人事案。至於議場現況是否堪用？民進黨團總召柯建銘表示，學生會將其收拾乾淨，相關賠償問題王金平已有腹案。

民主進步黨立法院黨團總召集人柯建銘今天說，11日恢復在立法院議場開院會，只處理兩件事，將最高法院檢察署檢察總長人事案與各版本兩岸協議監督條例草案交付相關委員會審查。

立法院長王金平上午召集朝野立法院黨團幹部在立法院長官邸協商，柯建銘會後轉述，11日院會只處理上述兩件事。

反海峽兩岸服務貿易協議學生團體自3月18日起占據議場，4月10日晚間6時將退出議場。議場遭占期間，3月21、25、28日及4月1日、8日院會都停開。
