調升舊屋路段率　北市議員轟變相加稅

台北市議員陳建銘今質詢表示，北市今年調升99條街路的街路等級調整率（簡稱路段率），有6.6萬戶的房屋稅率因此增加，他以士林夜市大東路為例，該處多為30年以上的低矮房舍，且位於市府認定的士林夜市商圈，多數居民飽受噪音、油煙之苦，3年前調升27%，今年再調升7%，但商圈沒落或常有陳情抗議等地段的路段調降掛零，他質疑市府不分房屋新舊一律調升路段率，有違負稅公平，疑變相炒房。

北市稅捐處長黃素津表示，今年調漲路段為3年應調升但未調升的路段，是反應當地繁榮程度。（郭美瑜／台北報導）
