被遊行群眾點名 張慶忠、林德福未現身

民主黑潮聯盟今天下午到中和遊行，要國民黨立委張慶忠、林德福兩人「踹共」（出來講），強調應通過「民間版」的兩岸協議監督條例。遊行從下午2點半在中和四號公園集結，到中和福和宮廣場，4點半結束。張慶忠事後表示，他清明連假回坪林老家，知道有遊行有「刻意晚一點回去 (中和)」，他說，這時候不想和群眾有正面衝突。

被點名為「四大寇」之一，林德福今說，他坦蕩蕩，只是做自己該做的事。他認為，反服貿群眾的訴求已經讓政府、人民知道，可以表達訴求，但「適度就好」。林德福說，今天遇上遊行，他照自己平常的行程走，不會刻意更改。
