手機面板壞了送修，修完其他功能卻壞了？台北郭小姐跟我們投訴，到光華商場一間專修面板的小店修碎裂的IPHONE手機螢幕，修完之後話筒擴音功能壞了，HOME鍵也壞了，就連U插槽也不能使用，整隻手機如同廢，他氣要求店家賠償，店家卻換回原本破碎的手機面板才退費，讓郭小姐好無奈，其實手機送修的確有很多風險，真的要特別注意。

手機螢幕摔壞了，很多人第一時間就是想要趕快拿去修，台北郭小姐也一樣，他在網路上找尋店家，找到了光華商場一間維修站，但卻修了一肚子氣，螢幕是換新了但是其他功能都壞了，話筒擴音功能壞了，HOME鍵失靈，連U插槽也不能使用，我們找到郭小姐送修的店家，詢問當時狀況，老闆馬上解釋，除了表明立場，更提供了當天監視器畫面想要證明自己沒有故意弄壞，甚至拿出了這一張，上面寫著，衍生出來的其他問題，它們一概不負責任，但這樣的合約真的有法律效應嗎。

其實在光華商場，還有很多專修蘋果產品的店家，但會不會修東壞西，卻不能保證，如果不想花錢受氣，建議還是拿回原廠，補差價換新機，或許貴了點但比較保險。
