微博IPO縮水　5億降為3.8億美元

中國最大微型部落格微博（Weibo）周五向美國證管會（SEC）提交IPO（Initial Public Offering，首次公開發行）計劃，發行價每股17~19美元，若順利以高標定價，籌資規模可達3.8億美元（115億元台幣），公司市值則上看約39億美元（1185億元台幣）。
 
微博3月原本提出希望籌資5億美元（152億元台幣），如今顯然保守許多。微博計劃發行2000萬股美國存託股份（American Depositary Share，ADS），並可視需求再釋出300萬股，完成後將在納斯達克掛牌交易，股票代碼WB，惟掛牌日未定。
 
微博計劃利用一部份籌得資金來提高品牌知名度、發給員工配股以留住人才，同時償還對新浪的欠款。
 
微博IPO之後，新浪持股比率將由78%降至57%。阿里巴巴去年4月以5.86億美元（178億元台幣）取得微博18%股權，並計劃進一步提高持股比至30%。（陳智偉／綜合外電報導）
