松山線年底通車　中山站房價年漲近15趴

台北市長郝龍斌宣示台北捷運松山線將在年底通車，將是北市第3條東西向的捷運線。全線8個車站近1年來分別有5.7%~14.5%的漲幅，其中更有4站為雙捷運交會點，包括西門、中山、松江南京、南京東路站，對台北市東西軸線翻轉具相當影響力。且近1年來漲幅都超過1成，通車效應持續發酵。
 
永慶房屋表示，松山線捷運沿線各站2013年3月，及2014年3月同期房價變化及網友關鍵字熱搜狀況發現，沿線8個站點的周邊房價，分別有5.7%~14.5%的漲幅，其中中山站1年來上漲14.5%漲幅最大，松江南京站則以14.3%排名第2。
 
但松江南京站房價平均每坪81.9萬元，是松山線沿線站點中，唯一成交均價站上80萬元大關的捷運站。南京三民站周邊房價則上漲11.1%，排名第3，而西門站近1年來也有10.4%的漲幅。（鄒雯涵／台北報導）
