學生團體反服貿黑箱作業占領立院進入第19天，繼4日下午到中國國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池的板橋選區掃街、包圍服務處後，今(5)日學生再度集結前往吳育昇的淡水選區沿著環河道路繞行，以表達抗議。

「民主黑潮學生聯盟」與部分議場學生於5日到吳育昇淡水選區遊街抗議，在下午4時30分左右，在淡水捷運站集結，下午5時開始繞行淡水環河路掃街抗議，遊行群眾並一邊呼口號，現場擠滿人潮。

而在掃街結束後，群眾將會回到淡水捷運站，晚間6時會有學者上台演講。對於吳育昇指出，學運團體是大陸文革時期的「紅衛兵行為」，現場學生則回應，站出來是為了自身的權利與公民義務，並非吳育昇指稱的紅衛兵。
