拆水門「霸氣猩爺」是誰？前線人員說是他

復興航空一架B-22816台北飛金門的班機GE-235昨起飛後墜毀基隆河，搶救單位動手拆水門，讓700噸吊車進駐搶救，究竟誰是台大法律教授李茂生口中的「霸氣猩爺」？

面對追問，台北市消防局空難現場聯絡人一度低調說：「我們對外統一發言就是台北市新工處下令執行拆除。」但他也鬆口透露說：「一開始有構想的是新北市副市長侯友宜。」（呂健豪／台北報導）
