烏克蘭大幅升息22碼　格里夫納劇貶近5成

為防止金融體系崩潰，烏克蘭央行今天宣布，將基準利率由原來的14%升至19.5%，一次升息22碼。此外，烏克蘭央行表示，將停止日常外匯拍賣操作，這也代表著將取消官方指定匯率，官方貨幣格里夫納的限制將被放鬆，進一步朝向自由浮動匯率，烏克蘭貨幣格里夫納（hryvnia）聞訊應聲一度重貶近5成，來到1美元兌24.8825格里夫納。
 
烏克蘭東部爆發軍事衝突引發通膨危機，烏克蘭貨幣格里夫納在近1年來兌美元貶值幅度將近5成。在格里夫納劇貶之下，烏克蘭去年外匯存底僅剩75億美元，僅足夠應付5周的進口額，烏克蘭央行幾乎無力搶救瀕臨破產的經濟。
 
烏克蘭央行總裁岡特雷瓦（Valeriia Gontareva）表示，若情況變得更差，央行已經準備好工具來穩定外匯市場。目前烏克蘭已經自IMF（國際貨幣基金）的170億美元援助計畫中，取得46億美元資金，且正在尋求提高援助的金額以及時間。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
