成長迅速　亞洲航空機師供不應求

美國國家運輸安全委員會前調查員麥吉爾（Keith McGuire）表示，亞洲地區航空業成長迅速，讓航空業者面臨訓練機師和維修人員的壓力。據統計，航空公司每多一架新飛機，就必須至少雇用和訓練10至12名機師，因為機師飛行時間日夜不分，需要補眠和休假。
 
飛安諮詢公司Safety Operation Systems的執行長寇克斯（John M. Cox）則表示，目前亞洲地區對機師的需求幾乎大於供應。航空公司在僱用更多的機師、空服員和維修人員時，必須維持標準及品質。（韓政燕／綜合外電報導）
