南韓企業欠薪規模升抵5年新高

南韓勞工部最新公布的數據顯示，在經濟持續走疲下，2014年南韓企業拖欠員工的薪資總額較前年增加9.8%至1.32兆韓元（12億美元）左右，創下5年來最高；沒領到應有薪資的人數也增10.6%至29.3萬人。

欠薪規模前次超越此紀錄為2009年，該年南韓30.1萬名勞工未能領到1.344兆韓元應得薪資與退休金。

以產業別而論，南韓製造業去年欠薪規模銳增30.7%，營建業大增23%，流通產業與餐飲業也各增12.1%。

南韓勞工部計劃鼓勵企業主在本月稍晚農曆新年到來前，將拖欠的薪資發放給員工。（劉利貞／綜合外電報導）
