滙豐今公布中國1月製造業PMI（Purchasing Managers’ Index，採購經理人指數）終值由原估49.8下修至 49.7，連2月萎縮，加深中國經濟成長疑慮，市場推測中國人民銀行（人行）可能搭上全球最新這波貨幣寬鬆潮，很可能3月行動，而由於以往有春節前突襲紀錄，不排除再次突襲的可能。

瑞士SWISSQUOTE銀行市場策略部主管Peter Rosenstreich也說，為引導經濟軟著陸，今年人行將祭出大量政策措施，唯獨不會擴大人民幣浮動區間。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
