柯文哲：朝中有奸臣是皇上的問題

台北市長柯文哲昨接受三立電視台專訪，提到大巨蛋、世大運等議題，柯文哲說，很多東西，長官還是要負最大責任，「朝中有奸臣是皇上的問題」，不過現在皇上改了，奸臣自然就會變好。柯還提到，上月和遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄談判，遲到15分鐘，是毛澤東的戰法，在戰術上重視敵人，戰略上面藐視敵人，所以要讓對方知道說「我藐視你」。
