【獨家】柯P殖民說　外交政策：報導沒問題

台北市長柯文哲日前接受美國《外交政策》（Foreign Policy）雜誌專訪，提出「被殖民愈久愈進步」的說法引發爭議；柯事後又澄清，他是說接觸近代文明愈早、受文明影響愈久，社會文明化程度就愈深，怎會被寫成「被殖民愈久愈文明」？指對方翻譯錯誤。

對此，《蘋果》查證《外交政策》，獲得回覆表示他們的報導沒有錯誤。《蘋果》昨email詢問《外交政策》，柯文哲當初究竟是說殖民還是接觸近代文明，美國華府《外交政策》的資深編輯David Wertime回覆，「我們堅持文章以及所有引述句的呈現都是對的.」（We stand by our reporting on this piece and the quotes as they appear. ）（陳郁仁／台北報導）
