桃園四官警疑拼績效　涉嫌縱放全遭收押

桃園平鎮分局爆發官警貪瀆，民眾檢舉年前春安期間偵辦槍枝、毒品案件，疑似為了拚績效，違法搜索外，還涉嫌縱放人犯，廉政署官員昨天前往平鎮派出所搜索，帶回當時所長及3名警員，移送地檢署偵辦，檢方以4官警偽造證據、縱放人犯等重罪，並有串證之虞，向地院聲押獲准。
 
廉政署調查，平鎮派出所2012年1月下旬偵辦槍砲、毒品案件時，遭人檢舉警方偵辦過程有瑕疵，廉政官昨天前往搜索，調閱當時偵辦卷宗、錄音光碟、工作紀錄等資料。帶回承辦案件的丁姓巡佐、李姓警員、林姓警員等，並通知當時吳姓所長（現已調縣警局督察室）到案說明，全案另有陳姓警員出國，尚未到案。
 
4名官警涉嫌違法搜索、偽造證據及縱放人犯，檢方認為涉及重罪並有串證之虞，今天清晨聲押獲准。爆發官警收押重大案件，基層大嘆：可為了績效走偏了。（石明啟／桃園報導）
