【更新】隱匿賣飼料油不報　晉鴻負責人夫婦聲押

雲林檢警今天將涉嫌販售飼料油給正義等公司的晉鴻公司負責人郭定與妻子郭陳潘拘提到案，郭定夫妻涉嫌從越南進口牛油、魚油及動植物混合油脂逾5200公噸，轉售包括郭烈成、強冠、鑫好及正義等數十家製油公司、工廠及個人製成食用豬油，轉賣給消費者食用，偵訊後以違反《食品衛生管理法》及詐欺等罪嫌移送雲林地檢署偵辦。檢方以二人犯罪嫌疑重大，有串證、逃亡之虞，持續賣油有反覆實施犯罪之虞向法官聲押。

雲林地檢署指揮警察局刑警大隊及衛生局等組成食安稽查小組成員，今天到雲林縣莿桐鄉拘提晉鴻等3家公司實際負責人郭定、郭陳潘夫婦，並查封晉鴻公司油槽；警方指出，晉鴻等3家公司1年半前陸續從越南及香港收購製程不明的牛油、魚油油脂、動植物混合油脂等飼料用油轉售牟利，雖然辯稱賣給郭烈成、強冠及正義等公司是以飼料用油名義，但明知鑫好為食品商，仍賣飼料用油給鑫好，並隱匿不報，已涉嫌違反《食品衛生管理法》及詐欺罪嫌。（寶智華／雲林報導）
