反對禁制令　港議員將代表抗辯

香港《商業電台》報導，香港巴士團體計劃就夏愨道的佔領行動，向法庭申請禁制令。民主黨立法會議員何俊仁指，會代表一至兩名佔領示威者抗辯，反對入稟，並已成功申請法援。

何俊仁估計明天會開庭，將提出反對理據，指今次是公共秩序事件，應由政府和警方解決，而目前政府和警方未有採取行動，自有原因，循民事方式交由法庭處理，是莫名奇妙。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
