面板產能年增率翻紅 終結18黑

工業生產創歷年單季新高。經濟部統計處今天發布9月工業生產指數109.1，年增幅超過一成，且第三季沾蘋果光，季產能創歷年新高，隨年底旺季來臨，成長動能可望持續。

值得注意的是，液晶面板及其組件業產能年增率，首度由黑翻紅，終於擺脫連18個月負成長，統計處副處長楊貴顯說，主要受惠歐美大面板需求增加；今年面板雙虎友達、群創第二季法說也表示，庫存都賣光光。

工業生產構成以製造業產能為大宗，占逾九成，9月製造業生產，比去年同期成長11.03%，排除春節因素以外，創下100年4月以來最大增幅。

展望未來製造業動能，楊貴顯說「樂觀可期」，主因耶誕銷售旺季備貨需求增加、iPhone新機熱銷等因素都將助長產能，不過，負面因素如國際油價「跌跌不休」還需留意對我產能抑制情形，第四季製造業產能增幅達兩位數有機會。
