北市補助私有人行道鋪面更新 　最高4百萬

北市府繼實施騎樓整平工程後，再次推動私有人行空間鋪面更新，只要社區內私有空間人行道破損，可向北市建管處提出申請更新，每案最高可獲400萬元工程補助。建管處表示，此為市府首度補助私有空間人行道鋪面更新，預計明年1月起試辦1年，總經費2千萬元，申請時間將另行公告。
 
北市建管處長高文婷表示，公有人行道是由市府工務局維護，私有人行道則曾因鋪面嚴重破損，導致行人絆倒，為建構良好通行環境，特別編列2千萬元預算，鼓勵社區自主更新，補助工程費每平方公尺3千元，每案補助最高400萬元。
 
建管處表示，社區提出申請後，將會邀集都發局、民政局、新工處等單位組成評定小組，審酌個案現況並評估改善效益，排列優先順序，補助方案明年起試辦1年，相關資訊可上網http://www.tccmo.taipei.gov.tw/查詢。（林媛玲／台北報導）
