Why臉書不能按「遜」？　創始人揭密

臉書按「讚」（like）功能廣為愛用，但為何沒有按「遜」（dislike，或指討厭）的設計呢？發明按「讚」的創始人、Facebook前任技術總監Bret Taylor解開謎題。

Bret Taylor表示，不只現在，未來也都不會有按「遜」功能，因為「遜」字背後的含意太複雜，在社交媒體上，這類負面消極的按鈕，恐帶來不幸的後果。

據英國科技網站《techradar》報導Bret Taylor的說法，在社群媒體上，「讚」的含意可能是表達哇！酷！我超愛！等評論，人們在朋友分享的狀態中，表達出這樣的情感。

反觀「遜」會帶來負面情緒，甚至在網路上激起一種霸凌、恐嚇的氛圍，陷入憤世嫉俗的循環中，Bret Taylor認為對於企業本身來說，廣告主不會喜歡這樣的我們，也就不會有廣告收入。（馬婉珍／綜合外電報導）
