綠營台北市長參選人柯文哲今（28）日舉辦「We Care青年公民營，以設計思考重新設計台北」，由國立台北科技大學助理教授邱于芸擔任召集人，而邱于芸的父親是國民黨中常委、影視大亨邱復生，她的出席格外引人注目。

對於邱于芸身分背景，柯文哲辦公室表示，會前就已知道邱于芸是邱復生的女兒，，但找邱于芸參與青年公民思考營，是借重她在設計思考的專業長才，與背景無關。

邱于芸從復興美工畢業之後赴英國求學，2009年英國劍橋大學博士學位，並留校授課，主修文學敘事與美學。

邱于芸表示，這次的工作營像是一場公民運動的開始，她主張以「設計思考（Design Thinking）」的工作方法，將設計思考結合公民實踐，讓青年自主的力量由下至上，理解、傾聽市民的心聲和真正的需求，進而找到更貼近問題根源的解決方案。

柯文哲說，這是政策由下而上很好的方法，以建構未來他參選台北市長的政策白皮書，透過尋找、發掘、與解決問題，達到「開放政府、全民參與」選戰主軸。

邱復生則表示，事先並不清楚邱于芸參與相關活動，且她已經長大了，自己可以負責。而邱于芸在記者會上，並未表明自己的身分，會後也未多表示意見。
