華航誤點不擦桌不換頭墊　新政策挨批喊卡

中華航空員工向《蘋果》投訴，指出華航最近通報作業人員，針對延誤逾20分鐘、飛行時數不超過4小時的航班，將啟動經濟艙座位簡化清潔作業流程，座椅頭墊不全數更換，餐桌也不擦試，讓華航自己人直批噁心。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，華航員工痛批新政策「噁爆了」，叫客人靠著髒頭墊、用髒餐桌吃飯，對向來強調「以客為尊」的華航是諷大諷刺。華航昨接獲《蘋果》詢問後緊急喊卡，昨晚已公告取消簡化流程，經濟艙所有頭墊都會更換，餐桌也會全部擦試。（胡治言／綜合報導）
