低頭族要注意囉！未來過馬路邊滑手機，有礙於行進安全，會被處以300元罰緩。

日前民進黨立委邱志偉，提出修改「道路交通法規」處罰條例第78條草案，禁止行人邊過馬路邊看手機，或是平板電腦等，目前這項提案已經通過付委，有民眾支持，但也擔心在執法的過程中會有困難。
