不顧好友吸毒死亡　警循線逮3毒犯

新北市八里一名林姓男子（45歲、毒品前科）於昨日中午12時許，被民宿老闆發現陳屍在民宿房間內，嚇得店家趕緊報案，林男送醫之後宣告不治，蘆洲分局警方接獲報案發現案情不單純，調閱監視器發現兩男一女進出民宿，於是展開調查，於當日下午3時許，在八里觀海大道發現車上三人，警攔查後在車上發現海洛因1公克和安非他命0.42公克，攔查過程中三嫌還企圖逃逸，在警對空鳴槍嫌犯才乖乖就範。
 
警方表示，三嫌分別為住在三樓的一對情侶林姓女子（32歲）和蔡姓男子（34歲），與死者同房間的則是楊姓男子（36歲），三人辯稱不知林男死亡，見他叫不醒於是收拾行李離去，因為三人均有吸食毒品所以不敢報警，甚至強調離去前有告知櫃檯房內有人不舒服，企圖將過錯推給民宿業者，警訊後依毒品、遺棄罪將三嫌移送法辦。（石永軒／新北報導）
