台鐵莒光號列車今天在宜蘭龜山至大里間撞及落石，無人受傷，列車延115分。台鐵表示，事故屬天災無涉賠償，台鐵深表歉意。

台灣鐵路管理局表示，一列由台東開往樹林莒光號列車，在宜蘭龜山到大里間撞及1顆直徑約1公尺的落石，造成機車頭故障，車上旅客約400人，旅客平安無人受傷。

台鐵表示，607次莒光號列車下午1時57分時以時速80公里行經龜山，司機員發現山側軌道旁邊有落石，立即啟動煞車，卻仍撞及落石，造成機車頭前排障器及側邊動力控制箱受損，無法繼續行駛，列車經緊急救援調車後，約晚115分鐘開車。

事故發生後，龜山至大里間一度單線行駛，台鐵緊急成立應變小組因應，約1小時30分鐘後排除狀況。

台鐵統計，事故造成4列次、2000名乘客受影響，因撞及落石事故屬於天災，根據台鐵旅客列車晚點賠償規約，不涉賠償問題，台鐵深表歉意。(中央社)
