中研院士：提高能源稅　5年內就不會缺電

核四停工，核一、二、三廠也終將陸續除役，電力是否足夠引發關注，中研院院士、環境變遷研究中心特研究員劉紹臣表示，台灣電費低廉，造成電力大量浪費，建議提高能源稅，電費回到合理價格，可以達到節能，相信5年內不會缺電。長期而言，劉紹臣認為，太陽能是合適的替代能源選項。（陳威廷／台北報導）
