核四特別條例付委 江揆今上台備詢

「核四公投特別條例」今日上午在立法院院會付委，交付內政、經濟、教育及文化三委員會聯席審查。

民進黨團在上月25日與28日接連提出變更議程，望讓核四公投特別條例逕付二讀，但均遭國民黨團反對，因此兩度杯葛江揆上台。今日上午「核四公投特別條例」付委，交付內政、經濟、教育及文化三委員會聯席審查。

政府宣布核四停工、林義雄結束禁食後，外界關注行政院長江宜樺今日是否第三度遭杯葛上台。民進黨團一早八時半召開黨團大會，表示因時空背景不同，今日不再背葛行政院長江宜樺上台報告。

立法院會在九點進行國是論壇後，由院長王金平召開朝野協商，院會約於上午10點10分進行報告事項，宣讀報告事項後，行政院長江宜樺在11時20分接受立委質詢。
