呂秀蓮：台北市政大樓遷建西區　萬華、大稻埕可翻轉

前副總統呂秀蓮赴美訪問二周後，今舉行「訪美歸來談市政願景」記者會表示，台北市的市政大樓空間不夠使用，可考慮遷建，因此她主張把「市政園區」遷建至西區，整個台北市的西區就可以翻轉，尤其最有文史就的萬華區和大稻埕，都市更新更是迫在眉睫。
 
呂秀蓮指出，「台北市沒有花、花太少，所以讓台北市民不是那麼愉快，也不是那樣的活潑」，因此不管下一屆市長是誰，她建議一定要把台北市變花花世界。她說，台北市民不太懂得利用陽台，都把衣服拿到陽台曬，她認為應在陽台種花，並由政府編列預算，鼓勵民眾在陽台屋頂種花、種菜，相信台北市可以改變很多。
 
呂秀蓮也批評對手「遷移松山機場」的政見，她認為松山機場可行性不高，不能信口開河拿出紙板就說要移掉，因此松山機場20多年來不但不能遷移，功能還更大。呂還說，「我到美國零時差，回來也零時差，證明我是愈老愈年輕！」（林修卉／台北報導）
