李振昌7局上場時，印地安人隊已取得12比5的大幅領先，李振昌先被白襪第三棒Jose Abreu擊出二壘方向滾地球，封殺，Adam Dunn敲出內野安打，李振昌接下來讓Dayan Vicledo、Alexei Ramirez都打出內野滾地球被封殺，用15球（11球好球），完成1局的投球任務，防禦率降到4.50，第8局由Josh Outman接替投球。
