消防署特搜隊科長許郁文辦理特種搜救隊後勤指裝備採購，以及台中市消防局災害搶救科員曹昌林辦理滅火設備採購、採購救助器材車，官員勾結業者吳文斌提供不實報價單、洩露底標，台中地院今天依洩密罪將許郁文判刑6月、偽造文書罪判刑1年2月。曹昌林洩密罪判刑4月，吳文斌偽造文書判4月。
