台灣之光！「貓夫人」簡佩玲用鏡頭深入猴硐山城，捕捉貓咪生活百態，讓衰敗的煤礦小鎮，重生為「貓村」的感人故事，她將照片分享在平台網站「Flickr」上，今天登上美國Yahoo首頁，並將陸續登上Yahoo歐洲、中東、東南亞等首頁。Yahoo亞太區策略暨營運部副總裁陳琚安則表示，這系列的照片未來將可創8億次的高度瀏覽量。
 
簡佩玲表示，6年前開始用相機紀錄，發掘猴硐貓咪與人文之美，興奮說「用攝影連結我最愛的貓，與這片土地！」指出希望透過貓咪及台灣人文景象，喚起大家關心周遭人事物的，簡佩玲說透過網路更多網友分享，打響猴硐「貓村」名號，近年更獲得CNN評選為全球6大賞貓景點，觀光人數更突破百萬。（陳偉周／新北報導）
